On Friday, Oct. 16, my grandma, Judy Ross, received an email that we had tickets to attend the Trump Rally on Saturday, Oct. 17 in Janesville, Wis. My grandpa, Don Ross and I headed up there with very low expectations. We just thought it would be a fantastic experience. We arrived at about 12:30 p.m. and rode a bus to the event. There were people lined up already and the doors weren’t suppose to open until 3 p.m. At 2 p.m. the crowd has grown so big that they opened up the doors.
We went through security and headed to the staging area. We were standing there trying to figure out where we could sit or stand when a Trump Staff person asked if we wanted to sit in the VIP section. We quickly jumped at the opportunity. I enjoyed seeing President Trump up close and watching the Secret Service operate.
We watched AirForce 1 land and take off again after the event. It was a once in a lifetime experience.
